Talent Incubation Program (TIP)

 

CONTEXT

​

Stc´s mission is to upskill and accelerate the development of TIP members during a 24-months journey to maximize their capabilities and business impact and prepare them for long-term careers at stc. Stc is looking for a strong and experienced partner to assist in the design, development, delivery, and implementation of the Talent Incubation Program with a clear focus on soft skills development and capabilities, for its different levels of managers from different backgrounds such as Finance, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering.


The scope is to prepare each member with an integrated end-to-end learning journey to be ready for their next level within the organization by accelerating their development, complementing their technical skills, and filling any gaps they might have.

The program is designed according to the provided competencies frameworks, considering stc´s Core Competencies shared, to cover four main pillars on the following areas:
